As one of the country’s first and only board-certified epileptologists, Dr. Amor Mehta has created a system of solutions helping patients find the right treatments for their unique needs. Since his time as the founding medical director of the epilepsy program at Community Medical Center in Toms River, New Jersey, Dr. Mehta’s focus has been helping patients find all the care they need under one roof. He also admits to Centrastate Medical Center for video EEG monitoring studies, giving him all the standard options available to epilepsy patients for thorough epilepsy workups to be completed allowing for patients to develop a clearer understanding of their condition and thus contributing to improved quality of care.

Dr. Mehta helps patients from ages three and up. His acceptance of the use of medical cannabis as a means of treating intractable/refractory epilepsy and seizure disorders has helped him pioneer some of the most advanced options in the medical industry today.
